They want to ‘brain storm’ with people who are not closely involved in their project but have insights into the clinical trials business.
We have quite a few clients with whom we have an ad hoc contract that allows them to contact us and ask for a meeting, a teleconference or just a quick word of advice on the phone. If we can accomplish what you need with a quick email then that’s fine by us too. We call these our ‘Phone a Friend contracts’.
